SPINNING®

BEGIN TO SPIN®

(45 min class)
Although each of our Spinning classes are perfect for all levels, sometimes it is easier to participate without what some people call the “intimidation factor”.  This class incorporates correct bike set-up, education about the Spinning® program; it’s core movements and positioning followed by a 30 minute ride.  Give it a try.

ZEN SPIN®

A one of a kind class offered at The Studio.  Zen Spin is an Endurance Profile with meditative music accompanied by visualizations and breathing techniques to maintain fat burning and tranquility.  Classes will end with yoga stretching and meditation. 

SPINNING & STRENGTH®

Another one of a kind class only offered at The Studio.  Our Spinning & Strength class begins with a 30 minute ride followed by 30 minutes of strength and core.  This class gives you the best of both cardio and strength all in one hour.

 

ZUMBA®

INTERVAL MIX

(1 hour class unless otherwise noted)
A wonderful interval mix of cardio and strength and a perfect class for all ages and fitness levels.  Low Impact cardio may include ZUMBA®, low impact aerobics, step and dance steps.  Interval strength will include the use of weights and resistance bands. 

JUST PUMP IT

(1 hour class unless otherwise noted)
Another exclusive class offered only by The Studio; Just Pump It will help you increase muscle tone and strengthen all your major muscle groups by incorporating weight bearing exercises.  Use of barbells, bodybars, hand weights, curl bars, kettlebells and resistance equipment maybe used.

PILATES WITH PROPS

(1 hour class unless otherwise noted)
Developed and exclusively offered at The Studio; Pilates with Props will help you transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Each class is designed to help you create longer and leaner muscle tone by strengthening your core, challenging your muscles and improving your posture, balance and flexibility.  Elements from some of your favorite training modalities including: Pilates, Strength, Barre and Yoga will be incorporated in conjunction with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, weighted balls, Pilates rings, body bars, Bosu balance balls, etc. Join us for a one of a kind class.
