Our Spinning® classes offer the best equipment with the official NXT Star Trac Spinners®, brand new state of the art stereo system, FREE towel, FREE water bottle and inspiring and certified Spinning® Instructors who await to guide you on a one of a kind motivational journey. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Low Impact, Strength, Specialty Classes and Workshops round out our schedule to optimize fitness, growth, flexibility and cross training.
